i found the staff very kind.. they were helpful with directions. the location is excellent, close to the train station and bus stops. i also appreciated the good breakfast provided. the room itself had enough space for my luggage and moving around was easy.

I found the location ideal. Interlaken West train station is just a short walk away. The staff members were very nice and helpful with directions. Breakfast had plenty of options. Buses stop right near the hotel. A grocery store is very close which proved very convenient.

I noticed some slight noise due to ongoing remodeling in certain areas.

the location were great near a bus stop. it was right in the middle of things, i guess.

the room i got, it had this carpet, it was really stained. the whole place seem old, there are scratches all over the place and cracks. bed sheets, they was like, totally covered in stuff. gross.
